Goblin is an Italian progressive rock band known for their soundtrack work. They frequently collaborate with Dario Argento, most notably creating soundtracks for Profondo Rosso in 1975 , Suspiria in 1977 and Dawn Of The Dead 1978.
Coffin Cuties Magazine's editor in chief Mike Hearse got the chance to sit down with Maurizio Guarin of Goblin for a full interview on their history and current tour, coming to issue 12 in 2018. The show was amazing and completely up lifting and surreal to see and hear live. The performance gave you this sense of something malice was afoot but the crowd was paralyzed by the orchestrated symphony of beauty and terror at it's best. Morricone Youth is a New York City band formed in 1999 dedicated to writing, performing and recording music written for the moving image. These guys gave an amazing performance with MadMax and other movie classics projected on the big screen while playing their soundtrack of a joyride to open the evening.
